Six Sentence Sunday!!

Sunday 11th September

So it’s a brand new month and I thought that I’d share with you six sentences from my brand new release Whirlwind of Pleasure.

If you like your werewolves fierce, your vampires tough and your paranormal romance hot then you should take a look! On to those special six.

‘At least I know what it feels to be bitten by a vampire. And I know without a shadow of a doubt that I don’t like it.’ She fell to the ground exhausted. ‘Mother isn’t going to be happy when she finds out I never made it to the lycans and here I thought my curse would kill him, maybe I’m cured.’ Snow fell from one of the trees above her, landing atop her head and melting down her back. ‘Maybe not.’ It was the last thought she had before she fell unconscious into the snow.

Sunday 28th August

“Estraya,” she replied, sliding her hand into his.

The connection was instantaneous and heat shot through them, desire flushing their cheeks. Each pulled back swiftly, their eyes studiously avoiding each other. From beneath his hood, Kieron regarded his hand carefully shocked by the reaction he’d had to such an innocuous touch. And the puzzle just gets more and more complicated, he sighed. While the truce between them was his idea he was beginning to think that it might be more trouble than it was worth. He hadn’t reacted so strongly to a woman in years and the last time he had his world had collapsed.

Sunday 14th August

So I thought I’d give you an insight into Kieron’s mind this week. It’s a complicated place to be but he’s a complicated man.

“I am happy,” he said quickly hoping to stymie her tears. “I love my life here.”

“Really?”

He nodded enthusiastically ignoring the unease the lie made him feel. Even if Julie didn’t want to see the truth it was painfully apparent to him. He was trapped within the city; bound by expectations and fears; shackled by responsibilities. Caged.

Sunday 7th August

Another month means another set of awesome sundays. This month we’ve moved past the heat of fire and onto the awe inspiring power of earth. Join Kieron and Estraya on a wild and bumpy ride as they get Rocked by Passion!

“What sort of man would refuse to help an injured woman?” she hissed, all too aware of Amir’s men closing in on them. Despite the fact that she couldn’t see his face it was obvious that Kieron didn’t want to help her but she didn’t have any other options. It was better to leave with the reluctant stranger and be taken further into unknown lands that wait for Amir’s men to catch her and return her to his clutches. Any fate had to be better than the one she’d left behind.

“Who said I was a man?” Kieron demanded becoming frustrated the conversation. “I could be a beast. Are you still so eager to have me help you?”

Sunday 31st July

I figured that we’d finish out the month as we’d started with six sentences from Seared by Desire. But I warn you, next month, get ready to be Rocked by Passion!!

So in this chapter, Lucian is realising that his thirst for blood can’t be denied for much longer and is given a choice, his war of his bride….

“You said you don’t kill as you feed so why not?” She pulled the collar of her shirt to the side exposing her deliciously beautiful pulse.

His eyes were drawn irresistibly to it, wanting nothing more than to sink his fangs and drink her as he thrust into her body. The rapid beating of her pulse drew him and he moved closer towards her unable to stop himself. Down this road lies madness, he cursed. Just one taste, one taste and I’ll be satisfied.

Sunday 10th July

I thought we’d stay with Sara and Lucian for this month so here’s another six sentences from Seared by Desire!

Sara rose from the water like a goddess, throwing her head back as she shook the water droplets from the long length of her hair. She smiled as she swam lazy circles near the water’s surface, constantly tempting him as she showed him fleeting glimpses of her rosy nipples. Her almost naked body had pushed his control to its limits but this destroyed it completely. He raced towards her, lifting her from the water and flying her towards the bank. She struggled against him, which only served to further inflame his desires. He wanted her, no, he needed her and he was going to take what was rightfully his.

Sunday 3rd July

For my first ever Six Sentence Sunday I’m going with the first novel in my Elemental Passions Series – Seared by Desire.

So, where exactly are we? Sara has narrowly escaped death and in the process found the key to her salvation in the form of Lucian but what does he think of their first meeting? Read on to find out.

Though it pained him, Lucian turned away from his unconscious bride, wiping her blood off his hand and onto his coat all the while resisting the urge to bring the cool skin to his mouth and lick it clean.

And people wonder why I wear so much black, he scoffed.

Although, if there were anyone whose blood I would wish to be covered in, it’s hers.

I have more important things to deal with than a woman, even if she is mine.

He forced his mind away from his bride’s delicious blood, leaping into the air and disappearing into the night.

There was a war going on and one woman wasn’t going to change that.

If you’re interested in finding out what happens next then take a read of the blurb.

A cold heart…For centuries Lucian has battled on two fronts. Defeating the Malachites, all that stand between him and becoming King of the vampires and the demon within himself, battling desperately for release. His attention stretched thin he has no time for women but Sara, his fiery bride won’t be denied.

A burning touch…

With a deadly curse hanging over her head, Sara knows her time is short. Placing her life in Lucian’s hands is a risk she knows she must take and one her innocent heart gladly makes for Lucian makes her body burn and her soul fly.

Never had hot and cold reacted so combustively.

Sara’s presence pushes Lucian to the brink of madness, her nearness making him crazed with the need for her blood. Though his fangs ache with longing, to bite her could condemn them both but the attraction between them is too strong to be denied. As they race headlong towards a fiery conclusion will they emerge unscathed to will the flames of desire consume them both?

If you’d like to pick up a copy it’s available over on Amazon or Smashwords.

I hope I did that right….All comments are really appreciated. =)
